Discovery Enterprise Business Resilience (WBD EBR) program is designed to minimize and mitigate the impact of crisis to protect our people, brand and revenue by preparing for the worst-case scenario.  We ensure that the long-term viability of Warner Bros. Discovery’s business is maintained in the event of an interruption to essential business operations. We work closely with leadership and business unit experts to keep employees informed, businesses and productions safeguarded against disruptions, and brands untarnished during crisis response and recovery.

What We Do

CRISIS MANAGEMENT: A comprehensive process and set of plans that govern initial responses, stakeholders, and priorities to ensure an efficient, organized, and consistent company response throughout any disaster. If local risks necessitate it, hazard specific plans can be developed. Our Crisis Management Framework ensures that the right people are involved and empowered to send timely information, guiding everyone appropriately based on the situation's needs.

BUSINESS RESILIENCE: Identifying and prioritizing critical business functions and risks, then developing procedures to enable minimum viable operations in the event of a loss of technology, impact to personnel or vendors, or other factors hindering normal business operations.

DISASTER RECOVERY: Facilitating solutions to recover critical systems promptly according to business needs. We create clear, documented procedures to ensure recovery steps are understood, tested, and orchestrated effectively during prolonged outages.
